The 2024 BookShelfDiscovery Reading Challenge

Inspired by other reading challenges which I enjoy, such as the 2024 Non-Fiction Reading Challenge I’ve decided to start my own. I realise that 2024 is already underway but it’s only January and sure it’s only a bit of craic.

The 2024 BookShelfDiscovery Reading Challenge will be a simple one. I’ll come up with Ten prompts, and it’ll be up to you to read the books that best fit.

The aim of the challenge is the same for me as it is for you; to push my reading boundaries and widen my horizons. I find it’s easy for me to get stuck in a reading rut so challenges like this help to shake things up a bit. It’s also nice to include new and local authors.

All I ask is that you create a post on your own blog and link to this page, updating the challenge as you go. If you don’t have a blog don’t worry, just let me know. If you’ve joined up let me know in the comments below or email bookshelfdiscovery@gmail.com and each month I’ll do a round up and link back to your blog.

If you are running your own challenge, please let me know in the comments.

Good luck and thanks for joining!
